Well it isn't Express Paint, since I wrote that.  So maybe this is what
Photon Paint is doing.  But is it possible to do this in an Intuition
Transparent way so that the user can depth arrange and drag screens as
normal?  It would be a GREAT screen hack if it was possible: hint wearer
of the Cape.
