I use the VirusX program, and I'm pleased with it. SCA's and ByteBandit's are eaten. VirusX warns about viruses and non-standard boot-blocks, but for me only in df0: ! (As I said earlier, my viruses are gonners so I'm only sure for non-standard bb's, but why would there be any difference? I have a 2000 with one external floppy (HD inside), which means df2: When I put a disk in df2:, VirusX just increases the 'Disks checked' counter - nothing else. In df0: it warns about the non-standard bootblock. Where's the problem? I use VirusX 1.21. BTW, anyone know if the ByteBandit may affect an Amiga hard disk?
