Does anyone have some source to a public domain music player? I want to write a program to play some music in the background, and would like to see how some others have done it. Thanks for any help you may lend. - Brett __ __ _ __ _ | || | / || || \ Brett S Bourbin | || || || || | INTERNET: brett@PIGPEN.UMD.EDU | || || || || | \_||_/ |__||__||__| Instructional Computing Programs College Park

I've written a SMUS player that I've decided to place in the public domain. It works. The only problem is that I have never been able to figure out the correlation between note numbers from IFF SMUS files and octaves in IFF 8SVX files. If anyone knows the answer to this, please send it, I'll hack it in, and everyone gets a SMUS player. -- -- -- Karl Lehenbauer, karl@sugar.uu.net aka uunet!sugar!karl, +1 713 274 5184
