I'm looking for a 1/2-height, 40M 5 1/4 ST506 drive that will work in the 2000 with the A2090 controller. Anyone have any favorites? Does the Miniscribe 40 Meg, 61 mS drive (model # 3650) have an ST506 interface? I can get one of these for about $359 from a place that specializes more in PC hardware, and doesn't know much about Amigas. Are there better alternatives? -- Bill Ward Noise Control Laboratory UUCP: psuvax1!psuncl!wcw Penn. State University; 157 Hammond Bldg. I bought a 2090 and a 3650 together at a pretty good price. >interface? It's used in the IBM machines alot and I know they are ST-506 (I have one and it works real nice). The regular 40ms version can be had for as low as $319 and the 28ms version for about $420 (These are the lowest prices I've seen in the San Diego area).
