I tried this question awhile ago but got no response at all so here goes
again...
I have a 1000 with a Micron Technology 2 slot box. A 2-meg board sits
happily in one slot, I think it is the same as the one they sell for the
2000 ( looks the same, Zorro 2 size). (note, it is the one for the 2000)
My question is can I stick a 2090a in the other slot and connect an
external hard drive?
The box comes with its own power supply which says '+5v 1.5A'.
Will I need more to drive a disk controller ( nothing else connected
to the 1000 except external floppy)?
