Well, when Xoper came along on the net some time ago I was thrilled with the scope of useful snooping it offers. But I have two problems with it: 1.) If I simply execute it during startup with the -b flag, it detaches itself alright, but then my CLI process #1 will act very strangely: everything launched from it will behave as if running with priority +128, blocking even the mouse. My solution is to RunBack Xoper. I would like to know the cause of this, though. 2.) I have not managed to unlock ANY lock until now. If I enter the hex address I get with "locks", Xoper responds with "lock not found", if I enter the name of the lock, I get a syntax error. -- Lars Soltau UUCP: ...uunet!unido!sns!space BIX: -- no bucks -- Here's looking at you, kid! -- the Medusa
