[comp.sys.amiga.tech] Guru'S Guide - Meditation #1 -- Interrrupts

papa@pollux.usc.edu (Marco Papa) (03/03/89)

I just received my copy of the "Guru's Guide to the Commodore Amiga --
Meditation #1 -- Interrupts", by Sassenrath Research. The 105-page
book is well worth the $14.95 Sassenrath Research (a.k.a Carl Sassenrath)
charges for it.

This book really fills the void in the Rom Kernel Manual: Exec. If you
wanted to know about Hardware, Interrupts, Exec decoding/dispatching/handling/
sharing, Software interrupts, Servers, Task Signals, Handlers, CIA Interrupts
and Software Interrupts. All of these are covered and more, with very detailed,
clear and well done illustrations and code examples.

Carl might issue other "Meditations" if this one is successful. I'd really
like this to happen. This is a plug, truly :-) One can get the book from:

[P.S.: I did question if this was food for comp.sys.amiga, but I decided
it was not, so my armor is on for the "Wrath of Jim" ;^) ]
