the exec.lib as used by Simpleterm authored by Luciano Bertato.
What follows is the reply as relayed from CRS (Canada Remote Systems):
I'm the author of Simpleterm, and I have included a lib file called
exec.lib which is linked with a linker (Blink).
The exec.lib file was simply made by typing in the Exec Support
Function C code found in the Amiga Exec ROM Kernel Manual in
Appendix B (pages B-5 to B6), then compiling this source code
with the Lattice C Compiler, and leaving me with an object
file which I called exec.lib. So for the source code of exec.lib,
check the above book.
