This should be a really easy one to solve, but I'm having no luck with it. How can I control the color the command-key sequence gets rendered in a menuitem? No matter what I do, it always seems to be coming out in colors 1 and 0; the slanted "A" is in 1, while the background is in 0. This means that there are also four dots at the corners of the box, and the dots come out in color 1, like the "A". I am using a 2 bitplane custom screen. Since color 0 is my background color for the menus (and changing this will only be a last resort, for various reasons), I need to have the "A" come out in color 0, so the four corner dots are invisible against the background. What combination of BlockPen and DetailPen (for the screen) and/or FrontPen and BackPen (IntuiText) can let me alter the command sequence rendering? Thanks in advance... /.- -- .. --. .- .-. ..- .-.. . ... .- -- .. --. .- .-. ..- .-.. . ...\ / Neil Weinstock | att!cord!nsw | "One man's garbage is another \ \ AT&T Bell Labs | nsw@cord.att.com | man's prune danish." - Harv Laser / \.- -- .. --. .- .-. ..- .-.. . ... .- -- .. --. .- .-. ..- .-.. . .../
