In comp.sources.amiga, there's an example of how to spawn a DOS
process without having to LoadSeg() it first, which I wrote. In the opening
comment, I said that I got the idea from a talk someone gave at BADGE.
Someone had presented this idea, and said that he'd post an example. Well,
the example never showed up. I thought his idea was exceptionally clever
and deserved exposure, so I wrote the example myself and posted it. I would
have given the guy credit in the source if I had remembered who it was.
I now know who it was. Brian J. Witt (well!aleks@ucbvax.Berkeley.EDU)
was the guy who thought it up and presented it at BADGE.
So now you know who to lavish the compliments on. Neat hack, Brian.
