[comp.sys.amiga.tech] Blanking attached sprites

jms@doctor.Tymnet.COM (Joe Smith) (05/06/89)

At the April BADGE meeting, someone was running a program the made the
workbench pointer be an Amiga check in 15 colors that cycled. This looked
really neat, except that after a few seconds of inactivity, it would change to
only 3 colors cycling. And after a few minutes, it would be a black-and-white
pointer cycling on a black screen. It got quite a laugh when people realized
what was going on. It seems that Dmouse was not expecting the pointer to be
created from 2 attached sprites, and did not turn off DMA on the 2nd sprite.

Matt, do you have a newer version of Dmouse ready yet?
