[comp.sys.amiga.tech] serial bug

     Would someone out there please provide specifics on the long rumored
serial device|port|??? bug?  I have heard several people here refer to bug(s)
in the serial device.  I am interested because I get a higher than normal
number of Guru visitations when the serial port is being used.
