TI has established two information phone numbers related to the 99/4A. The first is toll-free, and is designed for general queries about product availability, documentation, etc. (800)-858-4565. I recently called and received the following items: - A list of active ti-99/4A User Groups - A Retail Price list of hardware/software - A Color Brochure entitled "Program Library" - General Data sheets on two peripherals The second phone number is NOT toll-free, and is meant to be used for detailed technical questions related to the machine.
