I am interested in hooking up a Mac Hard disk-drive to an Amiga SCSI controller. Is this possible? I have not bought the SCSI controller for the Amiga yet, but I am open to suggestions. That brings me to my second question. Any suggestions for which SCSI controller board I should buy. There are four or five I know of now (commodore, GVP, supra, etc). The controller should, hopefully, be able to communicate with the Mac drive. "Thanks for your support..." --------------- bhd20867@uxa.cso.uiuc.edu bernied.ncsa.uiuc.edu

Well, the SCSI manufacturers for Amiga have been always concerned about their hard drive controllers being compatible with MAC's drive. So don't worry about the compatibility. However, the drive for MAC are usually overpriced. Why bother? Oh, remember, you need external port on you controller if you plan to get an external drive., as some controllers doesn't have it. - Morris
