Can I make a suggestion? It seems to me that this topic was covered awhile ago and C-A recognises the problem. Right now developers are boarding planes to come home from DevCon '89; the developer conference that is hosted by C-A. That is why the postings here have almost completely stopped from CATS, etc. (and that's why the s/n ratio has become very disheartening) One of the major events of the DevCon should be C-A releasing specs (not the disks, just the specs) on 1.4. I have been told that C-A will be releasing info on what they have decided is feasable to include, and what isn't feasable to include at this time. There are going to be some big surprises (from what I hear). Why don't we kick back and wait for them to arrive home, and the DevCon summaries to be posted? I wouldn't doubt that much of what's being discussed this very moment has already been resolved in 1.4, and we don't have to worry. Oh course, before the developers were allowed into the conference they had to sign contracts about what they could and could not talk about. So I guess we have to be polite and not pressure them. 1/2 :-) Of course, you could all flame me for overstepping my boundries. It's not like I run comp.sys.amiga or anything. Oh well :-) -Tom P.S.
