[comp.sys.amiga.tech] Question about printer.h

This is posted for one of my house mates.  Please email responses to
utcsri!hcr!brunz!tim (an A2500 running AmigaUUCP for mail only).

What happened to the IOStdReq struction in printer.h?  The Kernel
Reference Manual talks about it, but it isn't in the Manx printer.h
file or the Kernel Reference Manual appendix.
