A couple of weeks ago I asked help in programming an audio sample player with copper instructions (in 'C'). I knew at the time that this was probably NOT the best way to approach this, but wanted to try it anyway. After talking it over with a friend it struck me that of couse I couldn't just ignore the video and concentrate on the audio since I didn't want any video, but that I needed to tie it in with the current copper lists. I haven't spent much time on this lately but will probably return to it soon. What I really want to know now is what are the accepted or usual ways to do this? All I know of is going through the copper or using R. Pecks' AudioTools new version with PlaySample(), as Rob mentioned but he seemed to also mention that this was only released to the latest DEVCON and wasn't available anywhere else. I haven't seen it around. Any thoughts about how to approach the audio question would be welcome, as would information on AudioTools availability. Thanks, -- "Hot Damn!
