[net.micro] Looking for 8088/8086 "C" compilers

There seem to be about ten 8086 "C" compilers on the market right now,
unfortunately I only know of two of them:  Mark William's, and Lattice's.
I would like to find others, and will post a summary of what I find to
net.micro.
