Hi there netlanders, I have a couple questions I hope someone can answer: 1) Can I output graphics to a requester using the graphics primitives ? I tried it with a requester in a window on the workbench screen, using Requester->ReqLayer->rp for a rastport and Text() worked fine, when I tried again, this time on another screen I got a "software faliure - task held" requester. 2) What controls which keys repeat and which don't ? Regularly the Return key doesnt repeat but when I opened my own screen, and a window on it, using the IDCMP RAWKEY mode to fetch my characters I suddenly noticed that Return also repeats, I am not using any keymap or playing around with the input device in any way. I do a console device attached to the window but only use it to output. Asaph asaph@taurus.bitnet - or - asaph@math.tau.ac.il

The keymap contains which keys are repeatable. The input device is the one actually generating repeat keys for every key. Console input uses the keymap when it calls it's own RawKeyConvert() function, which filters out those repeat keys that are inappropriate. - Kodiak -- Bob Burns, amiga!kodiak _ | /_ _|. _ | Commodore __ |_) _ |_ _ )' |<(_)(_)|(_\|< /\ | ||| _` /\ |_)(_\| )(_\ | | \ Software ___/..\|\/|||__|/..\___ Faith
