Would someone please be so kind as to either email to me or post a mountlist entry for a hard drive partition that can be copied from and to a floppy (3.5") by DiskCopy? I've tried all permutations I can think of; I must be missing one of the fields that Diskcopy checks for "sameness". Thanks in advance! -- Darren

Thanks in advance! -- Darren Believe it or not, your hard drive controller can make a difference. When I had the A2090A I could only DiskCopy FROM the fake-floppy-on- the-hard-drive, not TO it. When I switched to the HardFrame, DiskCopy magically started working both ways. This was from the CLI by the way, it always fails from WorkBench. Oh, and on the mountlist entries, they are highly drive dependent, so unless you've got a Wren III, mine won't help you much. But I set mine up according to kjohn's posting that is reproduced in the monthly introductory posting to c.s.a (or c.s.a.t). -- Blaine Gardner @ Evans & Sutherland 580 Arapeen Drive, SLC, Utah 84108 Here: utah-cs!esunix!blgardne {ucbvax, allegra, decvax}!decwrl!esunix!blgardne There: uunet!iconsys!caeco!i-core!worsel!blaine (My Amiga running uucp) "Nobody will ever need more than 64K."
