[comp.sys.amiga.tech] Public Domain SoundScape by Mimetics???

I came across a line in Amazing Computing that mentioned the
author's PD copy of SoundScape.  Is this for real?  I have Soundscape
and would like to be able to program my own applications in C.

Any info on this would be appreciated.
