[comp.sys.amiga.tech] Does anyone have a set of programming docs for ARP???

rickf@pnet02.gryphon.com (Rick Flower) (10/25/89)

I just started programming with ARP the other day and was looking for a
routine that could read an Environment variable.. Anyway, I saw that ARP
handled that as a standard function.. I pulled out my latest version of my
TxEd update and checked out the ARP directory and found a few files for "C"
and Assembly.. But, there were NO doc files explaining the actual library
calls and what was expected in what registers, return codes, etc.. Is there
such a document?? I'm certain that there must be, but it isn't on my TxEd
updated disk (perhaps there wasn't room?? I didn't check that...). If someone
has a copy of this document sitting around or knows where I could get a copy
of it, that would be great!!! (P.S. I don't have access to Anon-FTP)

The ARP 1.3 programmers distribution was finally posted to BIX this
week. The uuencoded zoo file is 235K long. Is this too big to post to
comp.sources.amiga? I have it on the Sun here, so if it is OK, I'll
gladly post it.

Well, I don't know about others here in comp.sys.amiga.tech, but I know that I
would CERTAINLY like to get a copy of that doc file!! Perhaps you could (if
it can't be sent to comp.sources.amiga) send it to me directly... I'd be
willing to bet that other people out there are interested!!!

I'd like to get it, too!!! So it's best to send it to comp.sources.amiga!
