[comp.sys.amiga.tech] Is there a way to have TxEd Plus startup with the Priority != -64??

I just recently upgraded my TxEd plus to the latest version and I notice that
it defaults to starting out with a task priority of -64 as the standard.. Is
there a way to change this to something closer to 0 so that it will at least
run when there are other tasks going?????
