Could someone related to Lattice please advise: I am trying to debug a graph plotting program. One module (almost pure CBM code) saves the screen as an IFF file. If this module is run, the machine becomes unreliable. Sometimes crashes while running, sometimes at program exit. I tried compiling with catch.o and it ALWAYS crashed while running, with a requester saying "Caught a Guru. Write to file?". Doesn't matter what you choose, down she goes. How is this supposed to work? (doesn't write a file) Tried Cpr. Compiled with -d2 or -d5 options link with ADDSYM load into cpr once the symbol table is loaded, cpr quits with the error message CXERR 350. The only reference to CXERR I could find was for LC, and it said "please contact Lattice support staff". So I'm trying. Thanks Alan,

So I'm trying. Lattice tech support: (312) 916-1100 Lattice FAX: (312) 916-1190 Or contact them via the lattice/amiga.c conf on BIX, or via the Lattice BBS. Be prepared to answer the following questions: What version of the compiler are you using? Are you using the optimizer? What compiler options are you using? Can you send in the code so Lattice can reproduce the problem? And, of course, What is your registration number? ***** *|_o_o|\\ Doug Walker, Software Distiller *|. o.| || | o |// "It is well to remember that evil is a pretty bad thing." ====== usenet: ...mcnc!rti!sas!walker plink: dwalker bix: djwalker
