Switching between PAL and NTSC while still *POWERED ON* successfully
D A M A G E S  the chip.

  QUESTION: What, if any, harmful side affects could this cause. By
            toggling (when powered down) and powering on in "PAL mode"
            what will the result be?; a raising of the screen itself?
