I hereby propose the formation of a group called net.micro.apple for the purpose of discussion of all models of apple computers, software and hardware available/wanted/proposed/wished for. I do not have access to the news admin. account here and so cannot get the group created easily - could somebody else create it please when we get the necessary number of votes in it's favour (I expect) Current score : For 4 Against 0 I will collect the votes and report again next week. From: Ben Goldfarb <goldfarb.ucf-cs@udel-relay.arpa> I vote against the formation of the new group unless the gateway folks at BRL can funnel it into info-micro. I have followed the Lisa discussion with interest and would not want to miss things like that. Although I have access to Usenet, I am basically speaking for those who don't. From: Keith Petersen <w8sdz@brl.arpa> There is an alternative to forwarding net.micro.apple to Info-Micro (ARPAnet). Info-Apple exists on ARPA already and the gateway folks could map net.micro.apple to be forwarded there.
