We have the same problems with documentation over here in New Zealand (or even worse) that the europeans seem to have. Shops over here (Official Amiga dealers) seem to think that the RKM's stopped at Ver 1.1! The silly fools at one shop tried to tell me that nothing had changed & that these were the most current doc out. This was in January. Addison Wesley must take some of the blame, however, as the book sheets (On fiche) still showed the old manuals and not the new ones. These were in January as well at a local bookshop. Commodore over here on the other hand are almost useless! (If they take exception to this then maybe they should clean up their act. They change their staff more often than I get my hair cut (Its ~1.5cm long). The new staff then know nothing & insist that there is noting to know. This is a plea for somebody to help the Amiga users who DON'T exist in the States. It's your computer, do something.
