[comp.sys.amiga.tech] Are there frame grabbers for Amiga w/ frame averaging?

I'm looking for real-time, NTSC input frame grabbers for the Amiga
that let you average over n frames to reduce camera noise on still
pictures.  Any recommendations?  Thanks
