I would like to know if there's a way to use PAL on a 2000 with a Flicker Fixer and a Zenith 14" VGA monitor. Also, what cable do I need to connect the monitor to the normal 2000 video port? I would like to check an animation problem where I have ghosting on the display (could be FF, could be Monitor-- I don't know which). Do I need the Fat Agnus to get PAL, also how about the scan rate and monitor compatibility? Anyone? -Infinitely curious, Nick

Flicker fixer comes in two versions, NTSC and PAL. You cannot use PAL with an NTSC flicker fixer. > Also, what cable do I need to connect >the monitor to the normal 2000 video port? VGA monitors like the Zenith cannot be connected directly to the Amiga. They will not operate at the 15.75 KHz scan rate that the Amiga uses. -- Peter Selverstone ...{mit-eddie,pyramid,datacube}!mirror!ssi3b1!pselver Spy Pond Systems pselver@ssi3b1.zone1.com Arlington, MA BIX:pselverstone PLINK:pselverst CIS:72527,2652
