Well, I have the same problem using the A2088 XT bridgeboard in my
Ami 2000HD (using the CBM-A2090A, Seagate ST251-1 combo).
If I boot my Ami from the HD, reassigning SYS: to a floppy (f.e. df0:)
containing the PC-Drawer of my HD, also reassign some other Drawers (
if I remember correctly I have to assign LIBS: also), it works great,
so I guess it has something to do with the DMA of the A2090A,am I right ?
At the moment, I have a floppy for this purpouse and a script-file doing
all the assigns etc. but this is a very inconveniant work-around :-(
Oops, I have forgotten to mention that this problem only occurs at the
first time trying to access the PC-Color; if I have managed to start
the PC-Color-Window (see above), I can re-assign the SYS: (and LIBS:)
to dh0:(libs). Closing and Re-Opening the PC-Color-Window works fine|
Any suggestions ?
