[comp.sys.amiga.tech] Getting interrupts on mouse ports

I wish to be able to get an interrupt to my own little handler that would
be based upon an interrupt whenever some button (any button) on mouse port
2 changes (high to low OR low to high)	Is it possible to program this and
if so, how?  I expect about 2500 pulses per second worst case, and about
1000 pulses per second best case from an external circuit that feeds data
into the amiga in the form of PCM signals.  Any ideas?
