[comp.sys.amiga.tech] Are the task switch and launch procedures ever called?

  I am trying to write a process monitor window that displays the
percent of time that each task is using the CPU.  I noticed the
task switch and launch procedure pointers so I wrote a procedure to
increment a counter and put a pointer to the procedure in the task
switch field.  But it never gets called.

  Does anyone know if the task switch and launch procedures are ever
called?  Or is this a feature that was never implemented?
