The information in the 1.3 volumes is still valid for 2.0, but obviously they are not covering the new libraries&devices or extensions/changes to existing ones at all. However since 2.0 RKM's are not yet available, the best set of documentation for 2.0 now is the 1.3 RKM's and the 2.0 Autodocs & include files, which hopefully will be generally available in finalized form when 2.0 is released.
