does anyone know of a program to convert tiff files to iff?

I believe the IBM PC program HIJACK provides that kind of translation.  You 
might also check the PBMPLUS program on UNIX.

  I've have a TIFF to IFF coversion program for the Amiga if anybody
 wants it.  It should show up in comp.binaries.amiga someday if you
 can wait.
