This is a note to SKsh users who want to run SKsh under AmigaDos 2.0: As some of you may know, SKsh does not run under AmigaDos 2.0. I don't have 2.0 yet myself, so my feeble attempts to figure out the problem were unsucessful. However, recently several people have mentioned to me that SKsh 1.5 runs fine under AmigaDos 2.01 (or whatever the update is). I'm very fuzy about the details here, so don't quote me on this, but apparently there was some AmigaDos function call which was trashing part of memory. I don't know what it is, but if that was truely the problem, then apparently SKsh used it. At any rate, I'm making this statement without personally verifying it, but apparently the upgrade to AmigaDos 2.01 will allow SKsh 1.5 to run properly. - steve

I'm I now see that this may not be true. I have two conflicting reports: one person says it works, another says it doesn't. I don't know which is the case now :-) - steve "confused..." koren
