Has anyone actually gotten this combination to work? Matt has sent me a new copy of the binaries that's supposed to, but it still refuses to wait for expect strings in the chat script. -- Peter da Silva. `-_-' <peter@sugar.hackercorp.com>.

In Germany we use AmigaUUCP Plus. It's an enhanced AmigaUUCP with CNews. It works fine under AmigaOS 2.0 and is already used on some A-3000s with no problems. You now can spool news, as you always wanted to (i.e. have your sys-file, sendbatch etc...). There is a good expire and another Newsreader called "Arn" which makes use of the 'active'-file from //\\migaUUCP Plus. "Arn" is a look-a-like "rn" and has all the important basic-functions you always missed in "anews". A kill-file-support is not yet implemented, but it is my next improvement. That's another reason why I didn't send it to Tad Guy or Fred Fish... The AmigaUUCP Plus Package (including "Arn) should be soon available at an FTP-site (V1.00 is already, but the update not, I think). However, problems with UUCP and AmigaOS2.0 are solved. If it's urgent, reply and I'll send you the addresses. > Peter da Silva. `-_-' Greetings, Roland -- R o l a n d B l e s s |UUCP: rob@spirits.ka.sub.org | Kriegsstrasse 129 |FAX: +49211623818 BTX:0211623818-0001| 7500 Karlsruhe - FRG |---------spirits--in--the--material--world---------| voice +49 721 857328 |"They built machines that they can't control" STING|
