Hi! Are the 2.0 AD & Includes available from CATS for non-developers yet? And can I order it from germany (C= Germany refuses to sell them to non-developers :-( )? Provided you do not send DM but an US$ moneyorder with $5.00 on top of listprice for shipping. We prefer it when people outside the US place orders with their local subsidiary, but if that's impossible for some reason we'll ship it.
