One of my customers has trouble using The HP Deskjet with Professional Page 1.3. It only prints 10 inches and the very first page starts at the top while the following pages start about an inch lower. I 'solved' the first problem by patching the printerdriver so it uses 11 inch (the 10 inch was hard coded) but I can't solve problem nr 2.
