When I turn on my A3000, I usually start up two windows with SKsh 1.4 in each (I use SKsh 1.4 because 1.[56] don't work). The other day, I thought I'd get rid of one of the windows in the startup. So a re-booting I go and thump-bang-wallop, death crash! The usual version message is printed, then the pointer freezes and we get an instant re-boot. Wierd! It works when two are started together, but not when one is run by itself. Once a SKsh has been successfully run, any number can be started up again without problems. Any clues ? The usual version message is printed, then the There is a known problem with SKsh's on the 3000. It is being worked on; in the mean time, SKsh only runs on 2000/2500 class machines. - steve
