[comp.sys.amiga.tech] C++ 2.1

At UNIXEXPO a few months ago , I came across a booth that was talking about
C++2.1 for the Amiga.

It was "almost ready" and looked to list around 256$, it was NOT by Lattice.


Anyone have any more info at all ?

This would probably be Comeau Computing which (I believe) is doing a direct
port of AT&T cfront (ie. a translator).  Last I heard, it still wasn't ready
because of demand for other ports.  It would also be oriented toward the
Lattice C compiler (I suggested looking at Aztec C as well - I hope the idea
takes):
