Does anyone know if SAS has a usenet presence? Officially, they don't, though a couple of SAS folks will stop by occasionally and answer a question or two, while always careful to point you to their BBS, user service, BIX, and surface mail contacts. I think they are missing a bet not to establish a simple bug report email box here, with this many of their customers gathered in one spot, but I can sure be sympathetic to their not being interested in fielding questions in this intemperate and unorganized an environment -- i.e., if we were better behaved, they might consider it.
