WritePixelArray8()  writes to the specified position in the rastport an array
of  pixels  that  are  defined  as  *pen numbers*, as opposed to the Blt...()
functions that write an array of bitmaps.

It is faster to use this than to use a sequence of WritePixel() calls, though
it ultimately does the same job.
