-> Can anyone tell me how to use a 2090 controller with hard-disk -> in my -> 3000?! Er, why on earth do you want to do this? The 3000 has a built in hard disk controller that is much smarter than the 2090. Also, all 3000's have built in hard drives. Chain the drive to the one that's already in the 3000...unless it's an ST-506 drive. If that's the case, hmmm, may be a problem. Don't know if the 2090 will be happy with the fact that the 2091 look alike in the 3000 is where IT thinks it should be. -Rich Lawrence, Sysop:Hallucination 703-425-5824 Amiga/Atari/Mac rlawrence@halluc.fidonet.org CI$:71101,2272 Fido: 1:109/345 Systems Engineer, Federal Systems Group (Commodore Business Machines) -- Richard Lawrence - via FidoNet node 1:109/345 UUCP: ...!uunet!halluc!rlawrence INTERNET: rlawrence@halluc.FIDONET.ORG
