For all SAS* users: SUGI Special Interest Group for Microcomputers Announces Newsletter -+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+- Now in its second year, the SUGI SIG/M held a meeting during the 1983 SUGI Annual Meeting in January in New Orleans. Jeff Bass was elected as the 1983 Group Chair, and proposed an informal newsletter as a medium of communication for the group. The first issue was printed and dis- tributed March 15 and contained articles about how microcomputers can be useful to SAS users as well as a survey on "SAS and Microcomputers". Other planned publication dates for this year include June 15, September 15 and December 15. The editorial content is completely "user generated", so send your comments on how a microcomputer can be useful to a SAS user to: Jeff Bass Rt. 1, Box 124-B Pittsboro, NC 27312 Copies of the March Newsletter are still available, and you may get on the Group's mailing list (and hence become a member...) by sending your name and mailing address to the address above. A $2 donation per address per year is requested (but not required) to cover printing/mailing costs. * SAS is a registered trademark of SAS Institute, Incorporated.
