[net.micro] Pascal for TI99 or Vic20 ?

    I am planning on getting a small personal computer for my 15 year old
daughter, such as the TI99 or Vic20 (or one in the same price range).
Does anyone know of soft-(or hard-)ware that will permit her to program 
in Pascal in a machine this inexpensive ??
    Any information will be appreciated !
