Regarding the use (copying, inclusion, etc.) of programs from my book
HP-28 Insights:

I generally have no objection to people using and sharing these programs.  
They were written to illustrate points the book was trying to make, not
as commercial programs.  If someone wants to include a program in something
he/she is intending to sell, I would appreciate being notified, and
hope that an appropriate reference to Insights be included.  Likewise,
if you want to post the program on notes, a citation seems in order.
Otherwise...enjoy.

The copyright notice is primarily to prevent people from copying the
book to avoid buying it (the bane of all authors, print or software), and
from plagiarizing sections for use in other books.
