All right, here's the deal: I'm in a EE class which has a lot of Root Locus problems and Speed Tests. If someone reading this group could send me or direct me to the SOURCE CODE for some public domain or personal Root Locus programs, I would just take that Code and turn it into a HP-28S program and post it here. This wouldn't have to be a "do everything" program. Possibly a program which just computed asymptotes, breakaway points, and departure and arrival angles from a transfer function would be useful. I could write most of that from what's in my textbook. What I'd really like to see is an algorithm which computes the loci at all their points. I haven't thought a lot about what I'm going to with the output from such a program, but I'm sure I'll figure something out. T.T.F.N. (Ta Ta For Now, Winnie the Pooh, A.A. Milne)
