[comp.sys.handhelds] HP28/48-programs from which mailservers?

I would like to get in touch with a/several mailserver(s) that can offer
programs for hp28/48. I'm unable to ftp outside this city and must use email.
I'm interested in the othello, tank, chess and other programs here spoken
about. Which mailservers should I apply to?
