I have recently receive my HP48SX version B and it appears to be making
MUCH noise (humming, buzzing, etc..). I am aware that the hp48sx does have a
high pitch buzz from previous readings and from a friend who also has a
version A hp48sx. BUT, this is noticeably louder (ie. can be heard 8 feet away
when running a program).
QUESTION:
- Is this unfortunate yet harmless, or should I return the calculator?
- Is there a possibility of harming anything, draining batteries faster,
etc...
Somebody wanna comment (HP listening <hint hint>)...
Thanks in advance,
Aaron Din.
