I too was wondering if something was missing in the kit. The literature and advertisements for the kit all have the following for a description of the interface kit: "Access the power of your HP 48SX using the large keyboard and display of your computer. HP 48SX commands are easy to enter on your computer keyboard. The Serial Interface software sends commands to the HP 48SX and returns results to your computer screen for easy viewing." Well this is NOT true. I purchased the kit based on this paragraph in the advertisements and was rather upset that the only things included with the kit were the programs/demos that were posted as public domain. I would have never purchased the kit if I knew I was going to pay $53 for a stupid cable. Unfortunately my dealer won't take the kit back because I had broken the seal on the envelope that the disk was in.. Wonder of this constitutes FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!
